Guilford, CT is the second oldest town in Connecticut. From the enormous center Green to the plethora of old colonial homes, Guilford represents New
England at its finest.
Nowhere else has a denser concentration of historic homes. There are also many newer homes in family neighborhoods to choose from, such as rural North Guilford, CT which attracts many people who crave country living.
The popular Handicrafts Fair is held on the Green yearly, as well as, The Little Folks Fair and a series of summer concerts.
The Guilford Agricultural Fair has been held yearly for over 125 years. The oldest stone house in New England is here and open to the public for viewing.
The new community center hosts many interesting classes and clubs as well as a comprehensive children’s program featuring summer camps and field trips. Senior citizen programs run daily and also feature wonderful trips.
